Conditions of participation in the competition

Anyone over the age of 18 and resident in Germany or Austria is eligible to participate. Employees of GSE Vertrieb - Biologische Nahrungsergänzung- und Heilmittel GmbH are excluded from the competition.
The competition starts on 08.03.2024 with the publication of the post and ends on 17.03.2024 at 23:59, as also stated in the post. A cash payment or a transfer of the winnings to other persons is not possible.
Participation takes place via a comment under the corresponding post, whereby several comments will be evaluated as individual entries. Comments that violate copyright, German law or Meta's guidelines will be removed without notice and participation will be excluded.
In the event of justified reasons, the organizer is permitted to exclude individual persons from participation in the competition or to reclaim the prizes retroactively. Participation in the competition is free of charge. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to receive the prize described in the competition. After the winners have been drawn at random, they will be contacted by direct message and, if applicable, named in the story.
The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification, otherwise the prize will be drawn again from all participants. All Instagram names of the participants will be recorded and stored to determine the winner. All data will be deleted after the end of the competition. However, the comments will remain and remain publicly visible. Your address data will be passed on within GSE for dispatch.
Participants can withdraw their participation at any time by contacting info@gse-vertrieb.de or GSE Vertrieb - Biologische Nahrungsergänzung- und Heilmittel GmbH, Bühler Str. 32, 66130 Saarbrücken. The competition is in no way connected to Meta. Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to terminate or interrupt the competition at any time for good cause. Such cases exist, for example, if the scheduled course of the competition is massively disrupted. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer is entitled to demand compensation from this person.
