The cereal grasses are grown exclusively on controlled and certified organic land. This is kept particularly healthy and rich in nutrients through sustainable cultivation and careful management. The high-quality fertilization is achieved purely through crop rotation and green manuring. The cultivation areas include areas of certified, nutrient-rich land in optimal locations. The cereal grasses are taken directly from the field for gentle processing.
At harvest time, the cereal grasses have a particularly high nutrient content in the leaves and young green shoots.
Consumption recommendation:
